Our 
Approach

While our wider organisation offers a range of wellbeing services, INTRASPECTRE is a niche programme to guide our clients through the deeper layers of the psyche, helping them to face and integrate their shadow. It's the introspective, transformative path whilst still residing under the JUNGSELVES philosophy.

Shadow work involves engaging with aspects of the self that are hidden, disowned or repressed. These aspects are not 'negative'- they are unintegrated.

Why Intraspectre exists

We provide: 

  • Containment, not catharsis

  • Structure, not exposure

  • Integration, not transcendence 

 

Participants are supported to encounter shadow material without overwhelm, using symbolic, relational, and somatic processes rather than verbal disclosure alone.
